Seated Yoga Classes
Chair-Based Yoga
Empowering seniors through therapeutic yoga for improved flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.
What is yoga therapy?
Yoga therapy utilizes the tools of yoga—such as physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and more—to address specific challenges or conditions you may be experiencing. This approach is tailored to provide a highly individualized and meaningful practice.
Through yoga therapy, we can approach the individual with a holistic point of view, so that you won't feel defined by your health problem, but rather supported in body, mind, and spirit.
Gentle Movement
Chair-based yoga with standing options enhances balance and promotes relaxation for all participants. Enhance flexibility and strength with chair-based yoga tailored for aging and neurological conditions.
