Introducing our Monthly Community Education Lecture Series!

This one hour educational session breaks down complex medical information into clear, easy-to-understand explanations. We will discuss the different types of dizziness, what vertigo is, and what actually happens with the “loose crystals” in the inner ear that so many people hear about.

You will finally understand why vertigo often happens when you lie down or get up, why it may only last a few seconds, and what you can do to manage it effectively.

Join us for our January lecture on January 22nd, at 2pm led by Vestibular Specialist, Dr. Naseem Chatiwala!

Topic: Understanding Dizziness and Vertigo: What It Means and What to Do

Where: You may join in-person at the Rehab Health 360 clinic in Acton or via Zoom

Cost: $35/person, caregivers may attend for free

Dance is more than just a physical activity. Dance improves the condition of your heart, lungs, mind and body. Dancing releases endorphins which help boost mood, confidence, and mental health. It also enhances memory skills and self-motivation. At RH360 LLC, we believe everyone can dance and take advantage of moving to music. We wanted to give individuals with neurological deficits, an opportunity to perform a learned dance program with only one motive in mind- to come together and have fun! This dance is not about perfection- but the imperfections that make it perfect. National Rehabilitation week acknowledges the many benefits rehabilitaion can provide. Encouraging all individuals with neurologic deficits to dance away.
